Conflict Management
De-escalation, lawful use of reasonable force, and handling aggression without escalation.
12 hours
Emergency First Aid
Primary survey, bleeding control, CPR and casualty handover to emergency services.
60 hours
Close Protection Module
Threat assessment, embus/debus drills, formation walking and venue advance work.
8 hours
Fire & Evacuation
Extinguisher selection, muster point control and roll call procedure.
16 hours
Annual Refresher
Assessment of standards, incident case reviews and updated legal briefings.
